As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our financial records, including sales taxes, customer invoicing, cash receipts, and collections. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and requires knowledge of Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, among others.

- Process and manage all aspects of sales tax calculation, understanding the different rates across various counties and cities.
- Handle customer invoicing, including for resale and intercompany businesses.
- Conduct cash receipting and manage collections diligently and accurately.
- Maintain and update AR aging reports regularly.
- Input new vendor details into the system as required.
- Be responsible for the filing and mailing of checks for check runs.
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality service.
- Have a basic understanding of DNB experience, though training will be provided.
- Use your knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems to ensure efficient processing and management of accounts.
- Handle minimal Accounts Payable responsibilities as needed.
