We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, within the education industry. This is a Contract to permanent position that involves a blend of administrative tasks, event coordination, and career coaching. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and customer service expertise to support students and alumni in their career development journey.Responsibilities:• Compile and maintain graduate employment reports by gathering data, engaging with alumni, and assisting them in job placements.• Organize and manage large-scale career fairs, including overseeing project details and building connections with employers.• Provide career coaching to students, offering guidance on interview preparation, resume creation, and cover letter development.• Facilitate workshops and classroom sessions to enhance students' career readiness.• Supervise interns and student workers, ensuring their tasks align with organizational goals.• Serve as a point of contact for visitors and inquiries within the office.• Utilize tools such as Handshake and Big Interview to support career services activities.• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance networking and employment opportunities.• Ensure the smooth execution of administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite.• Develop innovative solutions to address challenges in career services and event management.

Salary : $23 - $26
