Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced AR Manager for a 2 month contract with a business consulting company located in Phoenix, AZ. The companies 2023 AR is out of balance with the GL and needs someone to help get their accounts reconciled. With approximately 13K transactions that are in question, this role requires someone with heavy reconciliation, AR and audit experience.Responsibilities:• Reconcile the AR subledger to the general ledger (GL) accurately.• Identify and rectify discrepancies between AR balances and system records.• Record bad debt accurately in the system and take necessary steps to retrieve overdue payments.• Handle revenue reconciliation in alignment with AR.• Utilize various skills such as Account Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and Audit to perform tasks efficiently.• Ensure proper revenue recognition in line with accounting principles and regulations.• Manage high volume transactions and maintain accuracy in record keeping.• Work under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure smooth financial operations.
Salary : $42 - $50
