- Licensed attorney with 5 years of experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) experience
- Command of contract law
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
