Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of civil litigation from case inception through trial and appeal, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and other forums.
• Draft and review briefs, memoranda, and a wide range of legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients on complex civil matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil procedure, relevant statutes, and evolving industry trends.
• Proactively communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Assist in business development and client relationship management as needed.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
