Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with handling defense cases, managing liability issues, and ensuring the smooth running of legal operations. This position is vital in the legal industry, particularly in matters relating to general liability, premise liability, auto trucking, and other related issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle defense cases with a focus on general liability issues.
• Manage various legal aspects related to premise liability, auto trucking, and other related matters.
• Use legal expertise to process and manage customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain precise customer credit records and ensure their accessibility for future reference.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat to manage and organize case files efficiently.
• Employ skills in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration to handle legal cases effectively.
• Handle complaint handling processes, ensuring all complaints are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize skills in Consumer Electronics to provide tech-related legal advice and solutions.
• Provide legal defense in litigations, using briefing and document management skills to prepare and manage legal documents.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a valid license to practice law
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney or lawyer
• Proficiency in 3M and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Case Management Software and Conveyancer
• Expertise in Document Management and Briefing
• Experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration
• Proficient in handling complaints and consumer electronics issues
• Demonstrated experience in Litigation - Defense
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of professional ethics and integrity
• Willingness to keep up with changes in law, including continuing education requirements
