How you will make an impact
- Credit Card management and reconciliation
- Arrange cash flow projections, as needed
- Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- General ledger
- Supervise monthly accounting close
- Sustain monthly accounting close
- Other special projects as requested
- Complete Accounts Payable
- Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
- Catalog sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Lead Accounts Receivable
Requirements
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Bookkeeping Functions experience preferred
- Full charge bookkeeping experience
- Computerized Bookkeeping System experience
- Proven knowledge of full charge bookkeeping
- Strong familiarity with bookkeeping
- Basic Bookkeeping experience
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well
- Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
- 2 years of related experience- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
