The role is fully onsite and offers a great opportunity to contribute to the financial stability of the organization.Responsibilities:• Process accounts payable tasks, including invoice entry and three-way matching.• Handle weekly check runs and ensure timely processing of checks.• Perform daily cash settlements and prepare bank deposits.• Manage accounts receivable functions, including billing and payment tracking.• Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain accurate financial records.• Conduct administrative tasks to support the finance department.• Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reports.• Assist with invoice processing and ensure compliance with company policies.• Generate financial documents and reports as needed.• Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies in financial operations.
