Cash Management Specialist

Salary: $28.50 to $33.00 hourly

We are on the lookout for a skilled Cash Management Specialist to become part of our team in the banking industry, located in Needham, Massachusetts, 02492, United States. The Cash Management Specialist will be in charge of managing daily business online banking operations and assisting with the implementation of cash management products and services. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks related to Business Online Banking, including handling password resets, business bill pay enrollments, and self-registration process
• Manage RSA Token assignments and activations along with handling various business mobile banking/mobile deposit topics
• Assist in updating procedures, policies, FDICIA guidelines, and risk assessments and process all daily work as needed for cash management requests
• Help with monthly reporting of all cash management areas, including RDC, Wire, ACH, and online banking systems
• Support related departments and customer support in all areas of cash management and third-party processes
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, questions, and product functionality for Business Online, Wires, ACH, Positive Pay, and RDC
• Participate in special projects including the implementation of products and services, and establishing and maintaining procedures
• Gather information necessary for research and tracking of cash management customers' requests and issues
• Assist with auditing with Cash Management products on an annual basis
• Ensure compliance with internal control, policies, and procedures in the day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must have proficiency in Wire Transfer processes and regulations.
• Should have a deep understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations.
• Must possess strong Cash Management skills, with a focus on optimizing an organization's liquidity.
• Must be experienced in Daily Cash Management, including planning, investing, and borrowing.
• Should be adept at using Online Banking platforms, including executing transactions and troubleshooting issues.
• Must have experience with Mobile Banking, including familiarity with mobile banking apps and their functionalities.
