We are offering an employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in the industry located in Cary, North Carolina, United States. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be tasked with efficiently managing software license agreements, negotiating contracts, and using JIRA for project management.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and process software license agreements
Negotiate contracts to ensure the best outcome for the company
Use JIRA for project management and tracking purposes
Maintain an organized record of all contracts and agreements
Resolve any contract-related issues or inquiries
Monitor the status of contracts and take appropriate actions when necessary
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of all contract-related activities
Stay updated on all contract-related laws and regulations
Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant with these laws and regulations
Assist in the development of new contract negotiation strategies
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, or in a similar role within a relevant industry.Proficient in Contract Negotiation, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Solid experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Software License Agreements.
Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management software.
Strong understanding of contract law and its application in a business setting.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
