Treasury Manager• Collaborates with executive management to analyze, determine, and implement optimum capital market transactions in support of the company's share repurchase program, capital structuring and financing transactions.• Collaborates with executive management to analyze and oversee implementation of highly complex funding/investment and interest rate risk management products. Develops and oversees strategies to manage the investment process of excess company funds and subsidiaries, according to approved investment guidelines.
