Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise daily and monthly activities of accounts receivable and ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness. • Perform credit block release in operation system according to policy • Work with insolvency attorney/collection agency when necessary • Be able to design and implement collection SOP • Review and post AR adjustments. • Work toward an overall Accounts Receivable balance objective set by the company. • Continuously evaluate processes to identify potential efficiencies. Recommend changes in process to take advantage of efficiencies. • Coordinate staffing to ensure routine tasks as well as special projects are completed on time. • Keep Manager up to date on progress and completion of routine tasks as well as special projects. • Manage the end of month process and ensure all reports are distributed to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion to include trend analysis, aging, allowance analysis, and in-depth risk analysis. • Track Key Performance Indicators in areas of responsibility and report to Manager. • Provide reports as needed to management. • Conform with, abide by and re-enforce all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes. • Work with all levels of company employees as a team; striving to achieve common goals

Requirements Qualifications: · Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting · 5-7 years Accounts Receivable/Collections experience · 3-5 years’ experience in a Supervisory role · Must have Financial Analysis experience (statement review, financial ratio, formulas) · Hands on experience working with external customers a must · Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft office · Must have proven leadership experience managing multiple competing tasks and is able to execute on deliverables within given time frame · Manage all reconciliation of AR statements with customers · Logistics industry working experience is preferable · Mandarin speaking is a plus
