- Oversee and manage all aspects of credit accounts, including the establishment of new accounts and monitoring of existing ones.
- Ensure effective communication with sales teams to resolve accounts with over limits or deteriorating credit scores.
- Review applications for new lines of credit and credit limit increases, ensuring the creditworthiness of applicants.
- Liaise with insurance companies for credit limit requests and handle any arising issues.
- Monitor accounts for delinquencies or other issues that may require additional attention from Collection Specialists.
- Manage collections on Key Accounts.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents related to the Credit Department’s activities.
- Collaborate with collection agencies and insurance companies on delinquency accounts.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
