What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Specialist position at Robert Half?
Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on company policies, processes, and online services to ensure seamless navigation and understanding.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding coverage, billing, underwriting, and other aspects of benefit plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams specializing in billing, claims, and underwriting to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service activities to provide accurate and detailed updates to clients.
• Identify and address internal process or technology issues impacting customer satisfaction, proposing and implementing solutions.
• Participate in organizational projects and committees aimed at enhancing service efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure accurate data entry for new producer setups in internal systems to facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Represent the company professionally while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in the planning and prioritization of customer queries to uphold responsiveness commitments.
• Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize incoming queries effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and navigating multi-browser platforms.
• Familiarity with group insurance products, contracts, and state regulations.
• Analytical skills to assess and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of underwriting principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required for the role.
