This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Delivering outstanding customer service to all callers• Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries• Entering customer data accurately into the system• Corresponding with customers via email• Managing both inbound and outbound calls• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer information• Processing order entries• Scheduling appointments as required• Knowledge and understanding of Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH)• Adherence to Fair Housing regulations
