We are seeking a Jr Data Analyst who will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making across various departments. You'll be tasked with developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, analyzing complex data sets, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments like Asset Management, Acquisitions, Accounting, and HR to gather requirements and assist in the design and implementation of BI solutions.• Develop, maintain, and automate BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel.• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and troubleshooting issues.• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.• Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar to enhance business processes and outcomes in the real estate private equity space.• Leverage your knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis to improve business processes and outcomes.• Work closely with all departments across the organization to ensure BI solutions meet their needs.• Use skills in Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Database, Erwin Data, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document, and Create Dashboards to improve and streamline processes.Due to the nature of the industry this client is in, applicants should expect to work hard and get the pay off financially in the end.
