We are in search of a Data and Reporting Specialist to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, your focus will be on designing, maintaining, and continuously improving reports and dashboards utilized in program evaluation, client tracking, and internal auditing processes.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards for program evaluation and client tracking.
• Conducting data analyses and communicating the results for both internal and external evaluations.
• Designing and conducting user training sessions on data systems, while also assisting in the creation and update of training materials.
• Guiding and educating end-users on data entry best practices, data tools, and information systems.
• Addressing and resolving issues related to data and information systems.
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries, catalogs, and glossaries to ensure consistency in data analysis and reporting.
• Assisting in data cleaning, normalization, and migration projects as necessary.
• Participating in system design and testing processes when required.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
