We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Stafford, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling technical issues in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive technical support for desktop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.• Administer and manage Active Directory, ensuring user access and security are maintained effectively.• Assist with the imaging and deployment of Windows 10 workstations for new and existing employees.• Deliver remote support using tools such as SplashTop to resolve issues promptly.• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement a formal ticketing system.• Respond to on-call requests to address urgent technical problems outside standard business hours.• Maintain and update documentation related to IT processes and system configurations.• Support the integration and functionality of web-based company applications.• Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktop hardware, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.• Provide guidance and training to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.
