The Marketing Manager will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Take advantage of educational opportunities and read trade publications in order to increase job knowledge
- Create content that will engage the company's customers and partners
- Assemble reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Share thought leadership and identify trends and insights with executive leadership
- Aid in updating the online customer portal to improve user experience
- Project manage digital projects, maintaining status and timeline and communicating updates regularly
- Develop and maintain the company's social media presence
- Identify opportunities to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
- Engage with technology and creative vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
- Create and implement digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
- Assist with other project tasks as needed, including print, direct mail and data management
- Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns

Requirements
- Skillful in vendor management
- Must be skilled in communication and collaboration
- Experience managing strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
- Skilled in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
- Strong knowledge of driving traffic to a company's main site and enhancing the frontline customer journey
