The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, supporting mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting, and leading a team of two.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation of financial reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and supervise a team of two, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Support all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, safeguarding the financial health of the organization
- Develop and execute budgeting and forecasting plans to align with the organization's financial goals
- Liaise with the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning team to ensure seamless integration of financial functions
- Conduct Auditing of Balance Sheet Account to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Streamline and manage Budget Processes to optimize financial efficiency
- Monitor and manage EPS to ensure accurate earnings per share calculations
Requirements
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Strong budgeting/forecasting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Ability to manage Accounting Functions
- Proficiency in Auditing
- Experience with Balance Sheet Account
- Familiarity with Budget Processes
