Director of Performance Marketing

We’re seeking a hands-on Director of Performance Marketing to lead user acquisition and retention strategies for a digital healthcare SaaS platform. This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing internal and agency teams, and analyzing trends to optimize marketing performance while ensuring privacy compliance. You’ll track key funnel metrics (awareness, registrations, activation) and use data to identify growth opportunities and reduce customer acquisition costs.Key Responsibilities:Lead performance marketing strategy, execution, and agency management.Collaborate with creative, design, and project teams to ensure campaigns align with goals.Work with BI and data teams to optimize attribution and reporting.Track funnel metrics and analyze trends driving retention and budget allocation.Develop strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs and improve overall performance.Manage campaigns across platforms like Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
