ERP/CRM Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role will focus on delivering cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA solutions in complex enterprise environments within the chemicals manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in project management and governance, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions across enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
• Manage large-scale technology programs involving multiple integrations and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including internal staff, vendors, and service partners, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and conduct feasibility studies to support project decision-making.
• Monitor project budgets, financial outcomes, and risks to ensure adherence to defined goals.
• Implement structured delivery methodologies and program governance to maintain project integrity.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management processes, fostering collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Provide formal governance by leading Steering Committees and participating in advisory boards.
• Manage interdependencies and risks across multiple initiatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support after-hours work and domestic/international travel as needed to meet project requirements.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and senior-level project management roles.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including on-premises, hybrid, and cloud deployments.
• Strong background in cross-functional project management and IT governance.
• PMP certification and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner credentials are required.
• Proven ability to lead dispersed teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Expertise in structured methodologies and change management strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with flexibility to work outside regular hours.
