Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial plans using tools such as CapEx and Budget Processes
- Conduct business case development for future product lines
- Leverage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) skills to drive decision making and improve financial performance
- Evaluate the Return on Investment for various initiatives and make recommendations accordingly
- Utilize Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data
- Monitor and report on financial performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
- Must possess strong knowledge and experience in CapEx
- Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential
- Ability to develop Business cases effectively
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is required
- Must have a clear understanding of Return on Investment calculations and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is necessary
- Prior experience in the Professional Services industry is highly desirable
- Proven track record as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Ability to handle financial data confidentially
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
