Responsibilities
- Assist advisors and clients with financial planning
- Answer questions and provide information to clients
- Maintain client investment accounts
- Prepare necessary client forms and communicate with clients
- Proven proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining detail-oriented relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Credit principles to advise clients on credit management.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrated experience in Investment to provide insightful advice on equity markets.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning to help clients map out their financial future.
