Responsibilities:• Validate plans through diligent research, testing, modeling, and leveraging pilot sites• Conduct thorough evaluations and research for third-party application solutions• Manage and control devices using systems like Intune• Provide responsible experience in computer support• Offer robust deskside support and configuration management• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and desktop hardware• Provide prompt and efficient application support.
