A local well know non-profit is looking for a true HR Generalist to work side by side with the HR Director.This position is great opportunity to learn more about HR and it comes with amazing benefits.Duties:Recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration/reconciliation, workers compensation administration, HCM/HRIS data-entry, generates reports for data analysis as-needed, and responds to basic employee inquiries and requests. Must be able to multi-task and follow through on deadlines. Prioritize and re-prioritize tasks based on urgency and other tasks at hand. Must have prior HR experience and constant demonstration of confidential business acumen. Must be able to manage time efficiently to successfully meet deadlines and urgent requests at all times. Must be able to effectively communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms. Able to refrain from personal-biassed expressions of opinions in professional settings which may reflect negatively on the organization.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
