LHH Recruitment Solutions has an immediate opening for an HR Generalist working with a well known healthcare non-profit. This position is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day activities of the following areas: employment, classification and compensation, benefits, employee relations, and records management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or the educational equivalent. Pay for this role will range between $75k-$85k annually (DOE). Responsibilities:
Coordinates daily human resources operations reflecting the highest service orientation in classification and compensation, employee relations, benefits management, employment, and performance management.
Participates in compliance needs including new employee orientation, audits and projects.
Provides training to employees on HR related issues
Works with the HR team in organization, designing and implementing benefit programs, policies, procedures and services.
Responsible for maintaining and meeting HR metrics.
Ensures employment law posters, benefit SPDs and other required material is accessible and current.
Primary contact with HRIS updates, changes, implementations and issues. Includes updating and correcting system issues and errors.

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related Administrative or Business Discipline preferred.
HR and management experience in a healthcare setting desirable
Five (5) years progressively responsible human resource management experience preferred.
Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques within HR
Knowledge of operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
Program planning and implementation skills.
Knowledge of contemporary principles of human resource management and public personnel practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
