We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our team in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, in the life insurance industry. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves managing employee changes, compensation recommendations, reporting changes, and overseeing sales incentive administration. The HRIS Analyst will also be responsible for auditing and cross-referencing spreadsheets, ensuring the accuracy of historical data, and managing performance.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage regular employee changes within the HRIS system.• Review and approve changes in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Conduct regular audits on HRIS system data, identifying any inconsistencies or errors.• Provide compensation recommendations, taking into account internal equity and compensation ratios.• Generate regular reports on employee data and changes for internal use.• Manage sales incentive administration, cross-referencing incoming business spreadsheets.• Validate and submit bonuses and draws to payroll, ensuring accuracy against historical data.• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and other relevant systems to execute tasks.• Apply knowledge of business process functions and benefit functions as needed.• Ensure the accuracy of job descriptions and manage performance management processes.
