We are looking for a Temporary detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a Temporary basis in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will support various HR functions and ensure smooth operations within the department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee relations, onboarding, and HR systems.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization.
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Organize and manage electronic filing systems to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline HR administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including scheduling and communication.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures during daily operations.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to HR activities as needed.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs for employees.
• Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) for data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and procedures related to new hires.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of employee relations practices and policies.
• Proficiency in electronic filing and documentation management.
