The HR Manager will be responsible for administering HR policies, processes, functions, and advocacy across various areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all HR-related functions.
- Execute recruitment strategy, overseeing internal efforts, and maintaining relationships with external recruiters.
- Oversee the new employee onboarding process.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate company benefits and manage the annual benefits renewal process.
- Conduct periodic compensation survey research and collaborate with leadership to ensure competitive pay.
- Provide HR expertise and support to department leaders in areas such as recruitment, employment law, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure tracking and timely completion of required corporate trainings.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with employment laws at all levels.
- Lead employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Offer thoughtful recommendations to leadership on HR strategy and process improvements aligned with the company mission.
- Present HR key performance indicators and recommendations to leadership as requested.
- Manage and mentor the HR staff, setting goals, and providing ongoing training.
- Manage the departmental budget.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role or similar
- Demonstrable knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
- Proven experience in Compliance and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in using ADP for payroll management
- Experience in HR Leadership is essential
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Employee performance management
- A professional qualification in Human Resources or related field is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
