This role primarily involves industrial design with a focus on retail, encompassing light engineering and the creation of design control drawings for a variety of projects. The position will be initially remote, adapting to the needs of the project and the team. Responsibilities:• Utilize CAD software, such as SketchUp, 3D Max, and AutoCAD, for designing and visualizing various projects.• Leverage Solidworks skills to enhance design, though this is not a mandatory requirement.• Work on projects involving the renovation or updating of various environments, like grocery stores, by creating quick floor plans and consumer flows.• Apply industrial design skills to develop exhibits and fixtures for retail.• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to enhance design outputs.• Contribute to brand awareness through strategic design.• Draw on your understanding of digital mediums to aid in your design work.• Adapt to different project needs, potentially working on architectural or interior design aspects involving millwork details.• Demonstrate an ability to think creatively and strategically about flows and services.
