Responsibilities
- Oversee the process of inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Carry out detailed reviews of inventory records, noting any discrepancies or issues.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to record inventory details and maintain accurate records.
- Track inventory to prevent overstock and shortages.
- Regularly update warehouse inventory records and prepare inventory reports.
- Monitor and manage equipment inventory, ensuring that all items are accounted for.
- Apply stickers to extinguishers and other equipment as required.
- Ensure accuracy in the recording and counting of smaller parts in the warehouse.
- Handle customer inquiries related to inventory and provide timely responses.
- Carry out other tasks related to inventory management as required.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with detailed review processes
- Familiarity with equipment inventory procedures
- Ability to maintain and update inventory records accurately
- Experience in generating and interpreting inventory reports
- Proven track record of effectively tracking inventory
- Knowledge and experience with warehouse inventory systems and procedures
