IT Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on vCenter hypervisor, storage technologies, and data protection solutions. Proficiency in virtualization technologies and expertise with tools such as Veeam, Nutanix, and PureStorage will be highly valued. This role will also involve managing Tier 3 ticket escalations to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions, with emphasis on vCenter hypervisor and modern storage technologies.Monitor, manage, and optimize virtualized environments to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.Develop and maintain storage systems (including SAN and NAS) to meet enterprise needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure requirements and provide expert technical guidance.Design and maintain robust data protection and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam.Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance IT capabilities.Proactively monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal operational impact.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and best practices.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve security, efficiency, and reliability.Interested candidates should submit resumes to sally.lander@roberthalf.(com) or call 612.249.0254 .
