Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly reputable boutique law firm that's seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to join their team. This Litigation Paralegal will assist lawyers by managing all aspects of large scale, complex litigation pertaining to transportation litigation matters. This position is paying between $80-95K plus bonus, full benefits, and a hybrid WFH schedule. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:Draft discovery requests and responses and prepare relevant document productions Draft and track third party records requests and subpoenas for medical, employment, financial, and other relevant records across multiple jurisdictionsResearch and obtain police reports, investigation files, and similar records from emergency response agencies Review and analyze medical records and prepare medical summaries Provide deposition assistance including contacting witnesses, preparing deposition binders, review and abstracting transcripts, and appear as needed to assist with sharing of exhibits during Zoom depositions Assist attorneys with drafting and cite checking briefs and oversee support staff in the e-filing process Work with experts including exchange of case files and coordinating deadlines 8.
