Medical Claims Auditor

We are in search of a Medical Claims Auditor to join our team located in El Monte, California. This position will involve meticulous examination of medical claims, leveraging a deep understanding of medical terminology and claims adjudication. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves a significant amount of interaction with claims audits and claim denials.Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough audits of medical claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to accurately process and adjudicate claims• Handle claim denials, investigating and resolving issues promptly• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all claims processed• Use your expertise in claims adjudication to make informed decisions and actions• Work closely with other team members to ensure all claims are handled efficiently and effectively• Continuously update knowledge on medical claims procedures and regulations• Ensure all activities comply with legal regulations and guidelines.

Salary : $28 - $35
