The selected individual will be tasked with managing medical claims, liaising with various healthcare providers, and ensuring accurate tracking of all expenses related to workers' claims.Responsibilities:• Administering claims and entering all associated expenses accurately.• Engaging with physician offices and hospitals to resolve any pending invoices for services.• Monitoring and managing vendors associated with your role.• Utilizing software such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, Epic Clinical, and Epic Software for various processes.• Conducting troubleshooting as needed to ensure smooth operations.• Overseeing appeals, benefit functions, billing functions, and claim administration.• Managing collection processes efficiently.• Regularly updating and maintaining records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
