Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the industry for a Member Services Representative. The position is based in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado, 80112-5946, United States. As a Member Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide exceptional support to our members through various platforms and ensure accurate data management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a computerized system to assist customers with inquiries relating to website navigation and financial transactions.
• Provide top-tier service and support to both internal and external customers through various mediums such as telephone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of customer data and records, contributing to the preparation of necessary reports.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and customers.
• Offer specialized support after receiving training in a specific subject.
• Address and resolve customer queries as the main point of contact.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Leverage Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Teams, Word, and Office 365, to accomplish tasks and communicate effectively.

• Experience in an Inbound Call Center
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
