You will ensure security, integrity and high-availability of enterprise systems and related components to develop, administer and maintain the network infrastructure to support the business. You should be comfortable working with constantly changing software, hardware, network security programs, and data storage systems. Your commitment to staying up to date and fully informed through ongoing education is vital. This long-term contract / temporary to hire position is a great opportunity for a Network Administrator who wants to work in the Cleveland, Ohio, region.
Your responsibilities
- Analyzing and fixing local area networks / wide area network performance, connectivity and related network issues
- Administering LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures
- Arranging and performing network software and hardware upgrades
- Managing the operation of all local area networks and services related to wide area networks, following company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3 years experience related to the job
- Expertise in enterprise resource planning
- Network Administration experience
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure security
- Previous experience with production and on-call environments
- Skilled in troubleshooting, analytics and diagnostics
- Proficiency with network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations
