• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide support during audits or payroll-related inquiries.
• Offer guidance and assistance to employees regarding payroll matters.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Ability to manage multi-state payroll operations effectively.
• Previous experience handling payroll for 101-500 employees.
• Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and employees.
