The role involves ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing while adhering to compliance standards and maintaining high attention to detail.Responsibilities:• Process payroll for employees across the United States and Canada, ensuring timely and accurate payments.• Oversee pre-tax and post-tax deductions, including retirement contributions such as 401(k).• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations and Workday for HR data integration.• Generate and export payroll and financial reports to support accounting and finance teams.• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and ensure all processes meet company standards.• Use Excel to reconcile payroll data, create reports, and perform detailed analysis.• Manage biweekly payroll cycles for a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations during both regular and high-volume periods.
