This role is vital within our organization, focused on maintaining and reconciling accounting records, managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and ensuring the accurate completion of month-end close procedures. Job Responsibilities:• Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of AP and AR• Conducting regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity• Ensuring all general ledger entries are accurate and up-to-date• Completing month-end close procedures in an organized and timely manner• Leveraging accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline processes• Regularly reviewing and updating customer credit records• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions when necessary• Managing and maintaining accurate customer records• Processing customer credit applications efficiently and accurately.
