The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment at the front desk.• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate departments.• Handle inbound calls with courtesy and resolve inquiries effectively.• Maintain the reception area by keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.• Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document management.• Provide support for office operations and assist with general clerical duties.• Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information handled at the reception.• Monitor and respond to incoming correspondence, emails, and messages.• Assist in the organization and execution of office events and meetings.
