Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities include:• Oversee the processing of accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness• Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies• Utilize various accounting software systems to input, track, and manage financial data• Assist in the execution of month-end closing procedures and the generation of financial reports• Foster professional and prompt communication with internal and external customers• Act as an escalation point to address and resolve issues faced by Accounts Payable clerks• Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve accounting processes• Meet department deadlines in accordance with established guidelines and procedures• Conduct research and provide support documents for auditing and payment discrepancies• Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of accounting documents, records, and data.
