Senior Accountant

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our client's team in the Greater Philadelphia area. This Senior Accountant role involves managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting audits while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage the recording of deposits and payments across multiple entities, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.Create and post monthly journal entries in adherence to established accounting protocols.Generate and maintain internal financial reports and analysis to support informed decision-making.Support the development of annual budgets, including projections for labor, expenses, and capital investments.Provide detailed documentation and insights to assist with both external and internal audits.Collaborate with various departments to improve business office operations and drive process enhancements.Assist with diverse business office tasks as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.

Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
