What You’ll Do:

·      Build trusted relationships with internal clients and cross-functional teams to drive audit effectiveness.

·      Lead comprehensive risk-based audits of business systems, processes, and functions.

·      Develop, refine, and execute IT audit programs, tailoring scope and procedures to organizational needs and industry trends.

·      Perform control testing using advanced sampling and data analysis techniques, evaluating system and process integrity.

·      Analyze workflows and key risk areas, delivering strategic recommendations to enhance governance and compliance.

·      Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for stakeholders at all levels.

·      Stay current on regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and evolving risks.

·      Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal audit methodologies and enterprise risk management.

·      Partner with third-party auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

·      Conduct follow-up testing to validate corrective actions and strengthen remediation efforts.

·      8–10 years of progressive experience in IT, IS, or Data auditing, with a strong command of audit frameworks and methodologies.

·      Active Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification required.

·      In-depth knowledge of IT controls, data governance, and information systems auditing.

·      Advanced skills in root cause analysis and developing strategic recommendations for business improvement.

·      Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings to leadership.

·      Proficiency in risk management principles and risk assessment methodologies.

·      Proven ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment.
