You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to define and evolve a scalable design system that supports seamless, engaging, and user-friendly interactions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, contributing to the future of digital reading and book shopping experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain a scalable design system that enhances literature shopping and reading experiences.Develop and document UI components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design consistency and high-quality execution.Utilize customer feedback, data insights, and usability research to continuously improve design solutions.Create detailed design specifications to support seamless implementation by engineering teams.Advocate for best-in-class user experiences that make reading and book discovery more accessible and enjoyable.
