In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications• Maintain and update customer credit records• Resolve customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger• Perform month-end close procedures• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities• Utilize various financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP• Conduct payroll functions ensuring accurate and timely processing.
