The role is focused on providing data entry support in Quickbooks online in preparation for a system implementation. This position is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.Responsibilities:• Execute data entry tasks in Quickbooks Online with a high level of accuracy.• Aid in the preparation for an upcoming system implementation.• Utilize accounting skills for tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger management.• Conduct Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.• Generate Journal Entries as part of the accounting process.• Execute Month End Close procedures in a timely manner.• Maintain and update customer records as needed.• Resolve any customer inquiries related to accounting matters.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.• Utilize QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online for various accounting tasks.
