Robert Half is currently seeking a Systems Administrator for a client located in Huntington Park, CA. System Administrator will be responsible for supporting a virtual environment, provide solutions for memory upgrades, clean up of servers and more.
Requirements
Top Must Have Skills:
- Understand HP servers
- Someone who is proactive, open communicator and personable with all levels of staff.
- Experienced with Office 365 & ESXi Host.
- Client currently has 3 host, 29 virtual (VMware), 2 networks and 3 data stores; PD side- 3 host, 39 virtual (VMware), 4 data stores.
- They need someone who can give overview of IT system and bring everything up to speed.
- Someone who can organize their servers - help with solutions to make it less difficult to access all other servers.
- They need someone to verify what they have and what they need for their servers environment and what should be done to keep them running appropriately.
- Working with 2 main server rooms, 2 sattliette rooms that are within a 3 mile radius.
- They foresee this person being the liaison between vendor (ie. Motorola) and Jeff.
- Seeking someone that is independent and can take ownership of this system administration side of thing
