Responsibilities:Project Management: Executes a range of complex and routine projects, spanning both short-term and long-term initiatives.Technology Procurement: Identifies and recommends appropriate tools, hardware, software, and systems for purchase.Policy & Procedure Development: Develops and recommends policies and procedures related to database and information systems.Systems Administration: Installs, supports, maintains, and monitors server and storage systems.Data Security & Access: Ensures proper access and security protocols are in place for user data and systems.Systems Maintenance & Updates: Maintains desktop, server, and storage environments by applying the latest system patches and security updates, ensuring adherence to established standards.Database Management: Plans, designs, implements, installs, documents, and maintains database systems.Performance Optimization: Analyzes database performance and performs tuning as needed.Automation & Scripting: Utilizes PowerShell, SQL, and other scripting tools to perform and automate system tasks.On-Call Support: Performs system maintenance outside of normal business hours and provides after-hours support as required.
